Many friends have asked me about how to transfer songs/videos/photos back to Mac and iTunes. Here I want to share an easy way with you all according to my several attempts.
If you are not familiar with how to transfer music, movie, photo library and playlists from ipod/iphone to mac, from mac to ipod and from ipod to itunes, the following guide might be helpful to you. It is what I am using.

Option 2)iPod to iTunes transfer
Open the music or movie library, choose the files you want and click "iPod to iTunes" button, the tool will add the files to iTunes library.
Option 3)Also import files from Mac to iPod
Click "Mac to iPod", select the songs, movies or photos on Mac, then local files would be imported in a wink. (Do not forget the drag-and-drop.)
